The workshop is located in Dakiliyah Region, Wilayat Nizwa. The program of this project was to create three buildings in the plot. Main building is for administration offices, middle one is for production. The last is a shed, which accommodates the fabrications works. The main service of this workshop is refurbishment of oil tools/equipment. The design should also be flexible for future additions and change of services. Estimated construction cost is RO 1,230,000.

Bu Surooj is a mountain that contains good quantity of marble. Client got coordinates from MOC, but need to illustrate them and know the contents within the provided coordinates. Client also wants to show where the planned road and campsite on the image to get approval from concerned parties. The area is about (five) 5 M SQM. The total price of the project is R.O 3,500,000.

• Topographical Survey for the site
• Google Pro image, and illustrating the coordinates on the image
• Showing the clients proposal for the road and campsite and quarry

Project Description:

The proposal was to create the required additions harmonious to the existing, yet upgrading the architecture style. The addition is supposed to accommodate the administration offices. The client has indicated the interior should be an open plan to ease changes of office layout.

Villa located in Wilayat Buasher at Al Ansab, with a built up area of 900 m2. Estimated construction cost is RO 250,000. The concept took a modern approach in elevation and interior taking in consideration aspects of privacy in certain areas. This blend of modernity and culture sensitivity resulted in intriguing elevation. The villa consists of ground and first floor and a half covered basement.

Residential Villa located in Wilayat Al Seeb at Al Mawaleh South, with a total built up area of 850m2. Estimated construction cost is RO 250,000. The client has specified that the design should be rich in exterior and simple in the interior. The concentration in this project was in the selection of the finish materials and interior details.

Scope of Work:

Scope of work included design of villa layout and elevation. Design of furniture, tile and electrical layout for the villa. Along with proposing the lighting scheme inside and fixtures. We also assisted the client in the selection of all interior and exterior elevation and supervised the execution of all mentioned works. (completed Jan 09)

Villa located in Wilayat Al Kamil & Al Wafi at Al Kamil, with a built up area of 2,300 m2 located in a farm land which is 18778 m2. Estimated construction cost is RO 250,000. The design of the villa was to accommodate two families each with independent facilities with a common area in between. Estimated construction cost is RO 350,000.
